Yes. The Death Benefit may not be payable if there was a misstatement of age, or death resulted from suicide. The benefits payable shall be in accordance with provisions for Misstatement of Age, Incostestability, and Suicide, as defined in the Master Policy Contract.
While under the Total and Permanent Disablement Benefit, the benefits will not be paid if the disablement resulted from events including but not limited to, effects or complications arising from pregnancy, influence of any narcotic, alcohol, or drugs, and provoked or unprovoked assault or brawl.
