Get assistance for any transaction, accounts, and application questions using your CIMB Bank PH app!​

Just follow these steps: ​

Step 1: Log on the CIMB Bank PH app, click the Menu button and tap Help Center.

Step 2: Tap the Need Help? button

Step 3: Select the category for your concern and the account you need help with. Then, provide a detailed description of your concern.

Step 4: Upload screenshots or screen recordings of your concern if needed then click Submit

Step 5:  You've successfully submitted your concern. Our Customer Care Team will work on your ticken and will give you updates on the CIMB Bank PH app.
