What are all the fees and charges for the Term Loan?

Below are all the fees and charges applicable to Term Loan:

1) Processing Fee - 2% of unpaid balance due or PHP 50 of the disbursed amount (whichever is higher)

2) Late payment charges - 5% of unpaid balance due or a minimum of PHP 50 (whichever is higher)

3) Early Settlement Fee - 5% of unbilled principal or PHP 500 (whichever is higher)

4) Documentary Stamp Tax - PHP 1.50 per PHP 200 disbursed amount (which will be deducted from the term loan proceed)
