How To Apply For A Personal Loan

STEP 1

Download the all-new CIMB Bank PH app and select ‘Open an account’  and then ‘Personal Loan’. 

STEP 2

Check your eligibility to apply and prepare your Valid ID. Click on ‘Let’s start!’ to proceed. 

STEP 3

Select your desired loan amount and tenure. 

STEP 4

Provide your Philippine mobile number and email address and verify your mobile number via SMS OTP. 

STEP 5

Create your username, password, and your MPIN to verify in-app transactions. 

STEP 6

Get verified by going through the selfie check steps. Please prepare one of the valid IDs listed here.

STEP 7

After passing the selfie check, make sure your personal information is correct and complete. 

STEP 8

Provide your Philippine present address and make sure it’s complete and verifiable. 

STEP 9

Provide the additional personal details required. 

STEP 10

Provide your employment information. 

STEP 11

Lastly, key in your office address and make sure it’s complete and verifiable. 

STEP 12

Review your loan application and check if all the details are correct, then tap ‘Submit’.

STEP 13

Upload at least one (1) of the acceptable income document types. 

STEP 14

Provide a front and back photo of your company ID (optional). Doing so might speed up our review of your application!

STEP 15

Select your preferred disbursement account.

STEP 16

After submitting all the required documents, your application will now be reviewed by our team. 

STEP 17

If your loan is approved, please make sure to accept the loan offer before it expires.

*This step is not applicable if the approved loan amount is the same amount you’ve applied for.

STEP 18

After accepting your loan offer, your loan will be disbursed to your chosen disbursement account.
