Can I cash-in via 7-Eleven even if my reference number has already expired? 

Each cash-in request via 7-Eleven generates a unique reference code which has a validity of 4 hours. If it has expired, you can generate a new cash-in request in the app or via the Cliqq Kiosk in 7-Eleven stores.
