I generated my barcode successfully but why is it being rejected upon scanning the barcode by the POS?

Here's what you can do if this happens to you:

 

1) Check the expiry date of the barcode -- make sure it's still valid. If it has already expired, please generate a new cash-in request. 

2) Make sure that the reference or barcode has not been used.
