What if I sent funds from my CIMB Bank account to another bank account before the system upgrade, when should I expect to receive it? 

If the fund transfer was successfully completed from the CIMB Bank PH mobile app before the downtime, the funds will still reach the destination bank account.

 

However, if the transaction has not yet been posted to the destination bank account during the downtime, the funds will still be posted in the destination account on the next business day for Dragonpay and PESONet transfers if the transaction was completed past the cutoff time(s).
