I did not receive a recovery email for my username. What should I do? 

Please ensure that you're still able to access the email address registered with the CIMB Bank PH app as your username will be sent there after performing 'I forgot my username'. If you've lost access to the email address, you can tap on 'I lost access to my email address' on the screen and follow the steps from there. If you are still not able to proceed, please call our Customer Care Team at #2462.
