Why can't I cash-in via Dragonpay?

If you've received an error message saying, "Something went wrong. Please try again." when attempting an Online Cash-In or Cash-In via Over-The-Counter-Banks, it means that the connectivity between Dragonpay and our merchant is either offline or down for the time being. 

 

You may have also reached the maximum cap of 10 monthly cash-in transactions. The transaction cap will be refreshed on the 1st day of every month.
