Why are PESONet and Dragonpay the only transfer services being shown when I want to transfer funds to other banks via InstaPay?

CIMB Bank PH app offers transfers via InstaPay, PESONet, and Dragonpay. However, if the bank in question is not supported by InstaPay, we will then default the transfer service to PESONet. If it is not supported by PESONet, we will default it to Dragonpay. Visit this link for more information on the list of participating banks for InstaPay and PESONet.
