What happens if I fail to pay the billed amount after the due date?

The late fee is 5% of the outstanding accumulated principal or P50 whichever is higher. Customer will be charged with late fee if full monthly installment is not settled. Late fee will be charged on the overdue principal

 

Overdue Fee will be charged when you fail to pay an Outstanding Balance on your due date. However, please note that users are given a 2-day grace period to settle the outstanding balance. Otherwise, the user will be charged accordingly. Please refer to your Terms & Conditions.
