How do I change or update my mobile number in the app?

To update your mobile number, open the CIMB Bank mobile app and follow the steps below:

 

1) Tap Menu > Profile > Mobile Number

2) Input your current and new mobile numbers

3) Input the OTP sent to your new mobile number

4) Congratulations! You have successfully changed your mobile number

 

To update or change your mobile number in case you can no longer access your account or link your GSave or GCredit account to the CIMB Bank app, click here.
