Job Description

•Lead projects that strengthen engagement and retention of users on the app with objective of creating stickiness and driving MAU and MTU. 

•Identify segments and devise campaigns to target and nudge identified segments (those that are already on CIMB app) to open other accounts (cross-sell) and perform transactions. 

•Review and sign off on user stories related to projects driving engagement and retention on the app 

•Collaborate closely with Growth and Insights and Digital Experience to meet the same objectives above. 

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in management or other business-related fields• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in internal/external audit (preferably within the banking and financial technology/Fintech sector). 
  • 1-2 years in Data Analytics, Data Engineering or Data Science
  • Proficient in auditing or QA guidelines, regulatory requirements, directives and guidelines issued by the relevant authorities and associations or the banking industry
  • Ability to identify risks related to business, identify control deficiencies and suggest how to mitigate risks to enable business to grow
