•Lead projects that strengthen engagement and retention of CIMB Bank PH app users with objective of creating stickiness and driving more active users
•Identify segments, devise campaigns to target, and nudge identified segments (CIMB Bank PH app users) for cross-selling, upselling, and performing app transactions
•Review and sign off on user stories related to projects driving engagement and retention on CIMB Bank PH app
•Collaborate closely with other team, such as Growth, Insights & Experience, and Operations team to meet the same objective
