•Lead projects that strengthen engagement and retention of users on the app with objective of creating stickiness and driving MAU and MTU.
•Identify segments and devise campaigns to target and nudge identified segments (those that are already on CIMB app) to open other accounts (cross-sell) and perform transactions.
•Review and sign off on user stories related to projects driving engagement and retention on the app
•Collaborate closely with Growth and Insights and Digital Experience to meet the same objectives above.
