I forgot my password. What should I do? 

If you have forgotten your password, open the CIMB Bank PH app and simply follow the steps below:

 

1) Tap Forgot? > I forgot my password

2) Input your registered mobile number

3) Input the 6-digit OTP sent to your mobile number

4) Enter your MPIN

5) Enter your new password

 

Once done, your new password will be automatically updated. You can proceed to log in to the app with your new credential.
