Log in to the CIMB Bank PH app and go to "Card." To order your physical debit card, the following criteria has to be met:
1) You will need to have a Fast Plus account.
2) You will need to confirm your delivery address.
3) You will need to have at least PHP 300 in your Fast Plus account which will be deducted from your account as the debit card order fee.
You will know if you have met the first 2 criteria above if you see a green check on the "Card" screen. Once the first 2 criterias are met, you will be able to proceed to the next step, which is the MPIN verification for the debit card fee of PHP 300.
