UNDISPENSED WITHDRAWAL

I tried to withdraw money using my card but the ATM did not dispense any cash. What should I do?

If you made a withdrawal from your account using your CIMB Bank Card but the ATM did not dispense any cash, please monitor your account for 2-3 banking days for an auto-reversal. If the undispensed amount is still not reflected, please call our Customer Care hotline at (+632) 8924-2462 so we can help verify your transaction with the issuing bank.
