You can pay over-the counter (OTC) or online! Log in to your CIMB Bank PH app and follow these simple steps:
Option 1) Online
• Select CREDIT > PERSONAL LOAN
• Select PAY NOW > ONLINE
• Select CIMB or another bank and input the repayment amount
• If other banks, check your registered email for instructions from Dragonpay to complete your online payment.
Option 2) OTC by visiting any of our 8,000+ partner locations nationwide
• Select CREDIT > PERSONAL LOAN
• Select PAY NOW > OVER-THE-COUNTER
• Select any of our over-the-counter partners and input repayment amount.
• Check your registered email for instructions from Dragonpay to complete your payment.
