Yes, you can. To download a bank certificate, open the CIMB Bank PH app and follow the steps below:
1) Tap on ACCOUNTS
2) Tap on VIEW DETAILS of any account
3) Tap on CERTIFICATE and REQUEST FOR A BANK CERTIFICATE
4) Tap on CONTINUE and select the purpose of your bank certificate
5) Fill in the fields and tap CONTINUE. To download or share, tap on the download icon on the top right of the screen.
Note: If you have just opened your account in the middle of the month, you won't be able to generate your statement until the first day of the following month.
