In case you need to change or replace the mobile number that’s linked to your GSave account, please refer to the following options:
1. Through the CIMB Bank PH App
STEP 1: Go to MENU
STEP 2: Select Profile
STEP 3: Tap Mobile Number
STEP 4: Enter your OLD and NEW mobile number
STEP 5: Enter the OTP sent to your new number for the change to take effect.
2. In case you can no longer access your GSave account on the CIMB Bank PH app or link it to the CIMB Bank PH app and you've lost access to your registered mobile number, please follow the steps here.
