Job Description

  • Manage Collections presentation materials.
  • Manage all Collections MIS related data.
  • Manage Collections dialler including accounts assignment.
  • Manage blasting of reminder SMS, email and IVR as per collections strategy
  • Manage blasting of Notice of Endorsement
  • Manage end to end operations and tracking of waiver accounts, including liasing with QA team for QA check.
  • Manage end to end operations and tracking for setoff

Qualification

• Microsoft office proficient & with gained Collections experience from other banks, 

• Familiar in BSP MORB & Standard Group Practice in performing collection activities is an added value.

• With Automation experience

• With UAT experience as added value

• SAS certification as added value
