Job Description

• The MIS Officer is primarily responsible for extraction, data reporting, analytical insights and for the design, development of data visualization (Qlik Sense, QuickBI, Tableau or equivalent) and managing dashboards. The position would help the automation of existing reporting and developing analytical insights to improve data-driven decision making in operational support functions in the bank like AML, CX, Marketing and HR. 

• Regulatory reports tied with MIS and adhoc/Regular Reports to support Business Units

• Analytical insights to drive key functional support areas of the bank like AML, CX and HR  

Qualification

• >=3 years of relevant experience in MIS, data science, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, and data analysis

• >=1 years of relevant experience in banking with analytics experience in AML and CX is preferred

Minimum requirement:

• Database/Querying languages: SQL, Hive 

• Programming languages: Python

• Data visualization: Quick BI, Qlik, Tableau
