Job Description

• Execute assigned projects consisting of, but not limited to, creation of business requirements, understanding and finding any gaps on technical documents from Vendors (such as FSD, UAT, etc.), reporting of project from planning to post implementation, decision on Go/ No Go, and post implementation validation and reporting, and ensuring that the interest of the Bank and our customers are represented.

• Ensure the successful execution of AML strategies in alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

• Collaborate with the AML Strategy and Execution Manager in implementing strategic initiatives

• Establish and implement a process for identifying, documenting, and tracking defects or issues in AML

• Collaborate with the technical team and the vendors to ensure that the resolution of the defects is completed in a timely manner.

• Facilitate effective communication between team members, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding defect identification and resolution.

• Provide timely updates on defect status and address any queries or concerns. 

• Assist in Monthly Service Review of Vendors and provide valuable input based on their performance and system’s performance.

• Maintain accurate project and defects documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and action items.

• Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.

• Utilize analytics techniques to create AML reports and ensure comprehensive compliance reporting. 

• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in management or other business-related fields

• Project Management Certification is a plus
