Job Description

  • Assessing efficiency and compliance of  as-is processses as per BSP requirements
  • Recommending innovative, lean, and compliant to-be processes for identified departments within CIMB PH
  • Justify to-be processes with clear business case and benefit realisation
  • Assess utilisation of available tools/ technology/ automation available and include adoption of said  tools/ technology/ automation in to-be processes
  •  Facilitate the implementation of to-be processes with clear desired performance metrics for re-engineered processes 
  •  Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and  usage of required changes
  • Develop organizational effectiveness in collaboration with cross functional teams to provide process design capabilities, tools, frameworks and trainings for identified departments within CIMB PH
  • Recommend performance metrics to measure the departmental effectiveness 
  • Prepare management and progress report on initiatives on a weekly basis
  • Based on urgency of projects within CIMB Innovation pillar, provide expertise and assistance on critical/ urgent tasks

Qualification

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience leading Business Excellence Process or Transformation projects
  • At least 5 years in management role, with experience working with cross functional teams for transformation or change management projects
  • Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt with good knowledge of Lean design thinking practices a plus
