Job Description

1. Responsible for Defining QA strategy, approach and execution in development projects.

2. Responsible for Leading and directing the QA leadership team.

3. Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance.

4. Be accountable for the test automation projects, mentor, and provide leadership to the QA automation developers

and managers

5. Responsible for defining the KPIs and conducting performance evaluation of all QA Leads and QA Tester

6. Provide technical leadership and expertise within the field of Quality Assurance and Testing.

7. Ensuring that the development teams adhere to the principles, guidelines and best practices of the QA strategy as

defined

8. Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation.

9. Building and maintenance of quality standards as well as enforcing technical and testing standards

10. Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of

improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.

11. Gather and present testing metrics and testing activities for the projects to key stakeholders

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate
  • Masters/Bachelors in Engineering preferred
  • Professional certification in ITIL Foundation or higher
  • Professional certification in Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor
  • 10+ years of overall experiecne with at least 5 years in Project Management / Service [@[JOB DESCRIPTION]]Delivery / Quality Assurance
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
  • QA Management experience across multiple projects, off-shore and in-house.
  • Experience managing testing departments or testing functions, managing large and complex activities and processe
